At Amish Built Cabins, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your structure. Due to the custom nature of our builds, we offer a 30-day window for returns on standard models and components, subject to inspection and restocking fees.

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to discuss your concerns and verify if your cabin or accessory is eligible for a return.
Documentation and Inspection
Provide detailed photos of the structure or item in its current state to ensure it meets our quality standards for resale and has not sustained damage.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a professional pickup for cabins or provide shipping labels for smaller hardware and components.
Refund Processing
After the item is received and inspected at our facility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and transportation fees.
