How are the cabins delivered to my property?
Our cabins are delivered fully assembled via a specialized truck and trailer system. We use a 'mule' delivery shed mover to precisely position the structure on your prepared site without damaging your lawn.
Do I need to prepare a foundation before delivery?
Yes, a level foundation is required. We recommend a crushed stone pad (4-6 inches deep) that is at least one foot wider than the cabin on all sides to ensure proper drainage and structural integrity.
Are the cabins customizable?
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of customizations including window placement, door styles, roofing materials, and interior finishing options to match your specific needs and aesthetic preferences.
What kind of warranty comes with an Amish Built Cabin?
We provide a 10-year structural warranty on all our cabins. Additionally, the high-quality materials we use, such as our metal roofing and LP SmartSide siding, often carry their own extended manufacturer warranties.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we provide flexible financing plans and 'Rent-to-Own' programs with no credit check required, making it easier for you to invest in a high-quality backyard structure.
What is the typical lead time for a custom build?
Standard lead times generally range from 6 to 10 weeks depending on the season and the complexity of your custom design. We will provide a more specific estimated delivery date at the time of your order.
